For minorities, immigrants or people with disabilities, finding the money to start a small business can seem like an impossible feat. One of the first important steps is having the tools and means to be a business owner.
Community of Hope and Development in partnership with others organizations is helping women for this first step by given to minorities (women particularly) the opportunity to attend a training and self-sufficiency program.
